Sunstone Ruby 30" Pro-Sear Grill for Compact Outdoor Kitchens
The Sunstone Ruby 30" Pro-Sear is the smallest grill in the Ruby gas-grill family, giving compact outdoor kitchens a three-burner cooking platform without giving up the heavy stainless-steel construction and lighting features found on the larger models. It is available from the factory for either liquid propane or natural gas.
This model is a good fit when counter space is limited but the buyer still wants independent burner control, a dedicated Pro-Sear cooking section, interior grill lighting, and a warming system designed to help move heat toward the front of the cooking surface.

Installation & Ordering Notes
Select the fuel configuration that matches the outdoor kitchen gas supply. Sunstone specifies a self-rimming installation in which the grill is supported by the countertop edge; do not build a supporting shelf or enclosure directly beneath the grill head unless allowed by the current installation instructions. Electrical power is also used for the grill lighting system.
Follow Sunstone's current manual for ventilation, combustible clearances, wind exposure, gas connections, and leak testing before installation or use.

Sunstone's Ruby Series manual lists limited lifetime coverage for the main burners, cooking grates, flavorizer grids, and stainless steel firebox/housing components under the stated warranty terms. Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Ruby 30" available in both propane and natural gas?
Yes. RUBY3B-LP is the liquid propane configuration and RUBY3B-NG is the natural gas configuration.
Does the Ruby 30" include an infrared burner?
The standard RUBY3B includes the Pro-Sear grate. Sunstone lists an infrared sear burner as an optional component rather than standard equipment on this configuration.
Is a rotisserie included with the Ruby 30"?
No. Sunstone lists the rotisserie assembly as optional for the RUBY3B.
What should be checked before installation?
Confirm the fuel type, electrical access for the lighting system, enclosure ventilation, clearances to combustible materials, and prevailing wind direction using the current Sunstone manual.
Freight Delivery Details
Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.
- The shipping company will contact you at the phone number you provided to schedule a delivery time for your package.
- If for any reason, you miss your delivery without notifying the delivery service provider, you will be responsible for contacting and rescheduling a new delivery date and time. And, you will be responsible for any additional cost, such as; any reschedule delivery charges.
- When your shipment is in your local area, a representative from the delivery company should call you to arrange an exact delivery date and 4-hour delivery window.
- When the shipping company delivers your package, you or someone over the age of 18 must be present to inspect and sign for your package.
- At the time of delivery: inspect your package for visible damage, if any visible damage is found, refuse the package and contact us at 1-888-528-0885 option# 2.

Standard Curbside Delivery Details
- Curbside Delivery means the package will be delivered literally, to the curb, outside your home.
- All items will be unloaded from the truck to the curb by skilled professionals.
- Further movement or placement of your package is up to you and we recommend having an extra person(s) or a dolly to help move your package.
