With its 10-3/8” W × 5” H × 19-1/8” D footprint, it replaces a single grate to deliver restaurant-quality results using the commercial-size fryer basket or the included perforated steam tray. Preassembled for immediate drop-in use, it operates independently or can be grouped side-by-side for large batch cooking. Ideal for everything from wings and poppers to tempura and steamed vegetables.
