The Fire Magic Choice C540i is a 30" built-in gas grill for buyers who want more cooking width than the C430i while keeping the simpler controls and satin stainless finish of the Choice series. Its 30" x 18" primary cooking surface is divided across three stainless steel U-shaped burners, which makes it easier to run separate temperature zones for direct and indirect cooking.
Diamond Sear stainless steel cooking grids provide a broad food-contact surface, while 16-gauge 304 stainless steel flavor grids sit over the burners to distribute heat and help manage flare-ups. If the grill is installed in a combustible enclosure, Fire Magic lists insulating liner 23150-52 for the C540i. Follow the liner instructions for the required enclosure opening and all current Fire Magic ventilation and clearance requirements.

Freight Delivery Details
