Aurora Built-in Pizza Oven - 4600

Product Description

The Fire Magic Aurora 4600 is a built-in gas pizza oven designed for outdoor kitchen islands when you want closed-door baking control in the same footprint style as Aurora components. It uses thermostatic temperature control, so it runs more like an outdoor oven than a grill accessory.

Inside, the cordierite stone sits on a support frame, with heat distribution grids and burners already aligned in the oven. The door includes a ceramic glass viewing window, and the interior light helps you check progress without holding the door open longer than needed.

Key Features

  • Thermostatic temperature control for consistent oven-style cooking
  • 36,000 BTU main burner system
  • 18" x 18" cordierite pizza stone
  • Ceramic glass viewing window in the oven door
  • Interior light with dedicated switch
  • IPI ignition with flame rectification

Why Buy

  • A built-in option when you want pizza, flatbreads, and oven-style cooking without adding a separate freestanding unit
  • The glass window and interior light make it easier to manage browning without constantly opening the door
  • Fits common Fire Magic/Aurora island planning dimensions, which can simplify layout work

Practical Note

Plan your enclosure for clear front-to-back airflow, and keep the front air inlet unobstructed. If your install area gets wind across the front or exhaust area, adjust the wind deflector as needed to keep airflow stable.

What’s Included

  • Pizza stone and support frame
  • Heat distribution grids (pre-installed)
  • Pizza peel
  • Power supply
  • Baking rack (use as desired)

Care & Use Note

During installation, the installer should perform the lighting test and verify burner flames through the viewing slots. For day-to-day use, keep the oven clean before and after cooking, and plan a deeper clean periodically based on how often you use it.

FAQs

  • Does the oven need electrical power?
Yes. Power is required for electronic lighting/controls.
  • Can I see the food while it cooks?
Yes. The door has a ceramic glass viewing window, and the oven includes an interior light.
  • Is this only for pizza?
It’s designed as a pizza oven, but the temperature control and rack setup support broader oven-style cooking outdoors.
  • What should I plan for in the island opening?
Use the manufacturer cutout dimensions and keep front-to-back airflow open, including the front air inlet.
