Match the selected model to the intended fuel source and cooking configuration. R and RS models include the rotisserie system; RS models add the sear-zone burner. Color-specific black and white models are R/RS configurations rather than standard G models.

For combustible construction, Delta Heat requires an approved insulating jacket. Follow the current installation manual for clearances, ventilation, gas supply, electrical service, and enclosure requirements. Warranty

Delta Heat's current residential warranty provides lifetime coverage for the stainless steel main burners and fabricated stainless steel housing, 15 years for stainless steel grates, five years for briquette trays and gas valves, and two years for other grill components. The first year includes parts and labor under the manufacturer's stated warranty terms.

What is the difference between G, R, and RS Delta Heat grill models?

G is the standard grill configuration. R adds the infrared rear rotisserie system. RS combines the rotisserie system with a sear-zone burner.

Are natural gas and propane versions available?

Yes. Delta Heat offers factory configurations for natural gas and liquid propane. Select the fuel type that matches the planned installation.

Do the black and white Delta Heat grills use the same cooking system as the stainless models?

Yes. The color models use the Delta Heat D-Series grill platform with the same welded stainless construction, U-burner and ceramic-briquette cooking system. Black and white versions are offered in R and RS configurations.

Is an insulating jacket required?

An approved insulating jacket is required when the grill is installed in combustible construction. Follow the current Delta Heat manual and jacket instructions for the complete installation requirements.

What is included with a rotisserie model?

The current Delta Heat manual lists the rotisserie motor and bracket, spit rod, and meat-holder forks with R/RS grill configurations.

Freight Delivery Details

Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.

• The shipping company will contact you at the phone number you provided to schedule a delivery time for your package.
• If for any reason, you miss your delivery without notifying the delivery service provider, you will be responsible for contacting and rescheduling a new delivery date and time. And, you will be responsible for any additional cost, such as; any reschedule delivery charges.
• When your shipment is in your local area, a representative from the delivery company should call you to arrange an exact delivery date and 4-hour delivery window.
• When the shipping company delivers your package, you or someone over the age of 18 must be present to inspect and sign for your package.
• At the time of delivery: inspect your package for visible damage, if any visible damage is found, refuse the package and contact us at 1-888-528-0885 option# 2.
• If there isn't any visible damage, sign for your package and inspect it for concealed damage, if there is concealed damage contact us at 1-888-528-0885 option# 2.

Standard Curbside Delivery Details

• Curbside Delivery means the package will be delivered literally, to the curb, outside your home.
• All items will be unloaded from the truck to the curb by skilled professionals.
• Further movement or placement of your package is up to you and we recommend having an extra person(s) or a dolly to help move your package.
