This Professional built-in power burner has individually controlled cast stainless steel inner and outer burner rings which allow for an assortment of cooking configurations. The inner ring burner is rated for 25,000 BTUs, and the outer ring burner is rated for 35,000 BTUs and the cooking grid is designed from heavy-duty stainless steel rods and allows for the inner ring to be removed for cooking with a wok.
