The Blaze LTE gas griddle has 495 square inches of cooking surface, heated by two commercial quality 304 stainless steel U-shaped burners that produce 18,000 BTUs each. They are light using the primary push-and-turn flame-thrower ignition system. In addition to the primary ignition system, the Blaze built-in LTE 30" gas griddle, has a backup flash tube secondary ignition and cross tubes, which help ensure a steady, reliable flame with every start.
