Gas Type
The Blaze gas griddle has 495 square inches of cooking surface, which is heated by two commercial quality 304 stainless steel U-shaped burners that produce 18,000 BTUs each. They are lite using the primary push and turn flame-thrower ignition system. In addition to the primary ignition system, the Blaze gas griddle also has a backup flash tube secondary ignition and cross tubes which help to ensure a steady, reliable flame with every start.
